Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kaanaloor.com. We take great care in packing your books, but in the rare event of damage, our policy is as follows:

  1. Damaged or Defective ItemsWe accept returns only for books that are physically damaged (e.g., torn pages, binding issues) or defective upon arrival.
  2. How to Report an Issue Please contact us within 2 working days of delivery.
    • Email us at: info@kaanaloor.com
    • Include: Your Order ID and clear photos/video of the damage.
    • Alternatively, you can go to the “Police Station” on the village map and fill in the form to submit your concerns.
  3. Returning the Book Once your return request is approved, please ship the product back to us. The item must reach our facility within 10 working days of the delivery date.
  4. Inspection & Replacement Upon receipt, the Kaanaloor.com team will verify the damage.
    • Valid Claim: If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you free of charge.
    • Invalid Claim: If the product is found to be in good condition (not defective), we will reship the same item back to you. Note: In this case, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fees.
  5. Refunds & Stock Availability If a replacement book is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and notify you via email.
