Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kaanaloor.com. We take great care in packing your books, but in the rare event of damage, our policy is as follows:
- Damaged or Defective ItemsWe accept returns only for books that are physically damaged (e.g., torn pages, binding issues) or defective upon arrival.
- How to Report an Issue Please contact us within 2 working days of delivery.
- Email us at:Â info@kaanaloor.com
- Include: Your Order ID and clear photos/video of the damage.
- Alternatively, you can go to the “Police Station” on the village map and fill in the form to submit your concerns.
- Returning the Book Once your return request is approved, please ship the product back to us. The item must reach our facility within 10 working days of the delivery date.
- Inspection & Replacement Upon receipt, the Kaanaloor.com team will verify the damage.
- Valid Claim: If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you free of charge.
- Invalid Claim: If the product is found to be in good condition (not defective), we will reship the same item back to you. Note: In this case, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fees.
- Refunds & Stock Availability If a replacement book is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and notify you via email.
